 CRM Executive

Location: Dubai – Restofair Rak & Muddle Me Reports to: E-Commerce Executive

Mission Overview

As CRM Executive, your main goal is to enhance customer engagement, loyalty, and lifetime value through personalized communications and relevant actions across all channels — including email, WhatsApp and website personalization. You will own the execution of CRM campaigns and marketing automation workflows while providing actionable insights based on customer data analysis.

Key Responsibilities

CRM Campaigns & Marketing Automation

  • Plan and deploy multi-step email marketing campaigns and automated journeys
  • Manage key lifecycle flows: onboarding, abandoned cart, reactivation, win-back, etc in in collaboration with ECFglobal CRM & Data teams to identify growth and retention opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the product, sales, and content teams to ensure message relevance and alignment

Customer Data & Insights

  • Analyze customer behavior and segmentation to identify growth and retention opportunities
  • Monitor CRM KPIs (open rate, CTR, conversion, unsubscribe, etc.)
  • Deliver regular reports with actionable recommendations across all touchpoints (CRM, field sales, WhatsApp, website)

Omnichannel Activation Support

  • Support sales and outcalling teams with targeted data extracts and activation plans
  • Propose customer targeting strategies for offline activations
  • Ensure CRM activities are aligned with the broader commercial and marketing plans

Tool Management & Governance

  • Operate CRM and automation tools in collaboration with global IT and data teams
  • Maintain data quality and enrich the customer base through systematic updates
  • Ensure GDPR and opt-in compliance across all communications

Profil

Profile & Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Data or Business
  • 2–4 years of experience in CRM, customer insights, or digital marketing

Skills & Competencies

  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools
  • Solid understanding of customer segmentation and behavioral targeting
  • Good command of Excel, dashboards, and basic HTML for email
