Against this backdrop, the Group is recruiting a high-potential European Financial Controller, with a clear path to future Corporate or Country CFO roles, offering direct exposure to top management and value-creation priorities.
The Role:
Reporting to the CEO Europe, you will act as a key driver of performance management and strategic execution.
At the heart of operations, you will combine analytical rigor, business acumen and execution capability to structure, accelerate and secure growth.
Main Responsibilities
Performance Management & Value Creation:
- As the key point of contact for Country CFOs, drive the financial performance of European entities with a results-oriented approach
- Structure and deploy key KPIs directly linked to value-creation levers
- Produce high-impact analyses to support strategic decision-making
- Identify, quantify and monitor profitability improvement initiatives
- Proactively challenge local Finance teams and action plans
Business Partner to the CEO Europe:
- Act as a trusted financial advisor to the Regional CEO
- Actively contribute to strategy execution
- Provide a clear, fast and actionable financial perspective on business challenges
Data, Tools & Transformation:
- Leverage data as a driver of performance and differentiation
- Deploy advanced tools (BI, automation, AI) to support decision-making
- Improve the granularity, reliability and speed of analyses
Execution & Project Governance:
- Lead cross-functional Finance projects covering performance, organization and systems
- Implement rigorous governance: prioritization, resource allocation and results tracking
- Accelerate execution and strengthen operational discipline
Growth & M&A:
- Contribute to organic growth initiatives such as pricing, mix and sales efficiency
- Participate in external growth projects: analysis, performance monitoring and integration
- Measure and secure post-investment value creation
Group Interface:
- Ensure alignment with Group finance standards and performance management requirements
- Participate in budget, forecast and closing processes
- Interact with central teams and Group stakeholders.
Profile
- Advanced degree in Finance from a leading business school or university
- 5–10 years’ experience in audit, transaction services, consulting or demanding management control roles
- Strong financial expertise and a sharp focus on value creation/performance
- Excellent command of data and analytical tools (BI, data analytics; AI exposure appreciated)
- Experience managing complex projects and transformation environments
- Strong ability to structure, prioritize and deliver in demanding contexts
- Entrepreneurial mindset, results orientation and ability to influence
- Fluent English
